This Privacy Policy explains how Stack99 (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Geerwon Laabz LLC FZ, handles information when you visit stack99.com (the “Site”). We only collect limited analytics data; the Site has no user accounts, logins, or payments.
Data controller
The data controller is Geerwon Laabz LLC FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Al Meydan Rd, Nad Al Sheba, Nadd Al Shiba First, Dubai, U.A.E, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@stack99.com.
What we collect
- Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (Google) — such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, referring source, and anonymised usage events. This is used only to understand and improve the Site.
- Contact-form data — if you email us or use the Contact form, we receive the information you choose to send (e.g. name, email, message).
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run advertising profiles on you.
Cookies and consent
We use Google Consent Mode v2. For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until consent is given, so no non-essential cookies are set before you choose. We are adding a cookie-consent banner so you can grant or refuse consent directly on the Site; until then, analytics storage stays denied by default in those regions. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings, though browser controls are a supplement to — not a replacement for — the consent choice above.
Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
- Consent — for analytics and any non-essential cookies where consent is required.
- Legitimate interests — for operating and securing the Site and responding to your enquiries.
Third parties we share with
Google (Google Analytics / Consent Mode) processes analytics data on our behalf. Data may be processed on servers outside your country, including the United States, under Google’s safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not share your data with other third parties except where required by law.
How long we keep data
- Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Contact-form / email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To make a request, email hello@stack99.com with the subject “Data Request”; we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
